Brand Development and Launch

Brief
We worked closely with founder Dr. Edel Marron to create a new brand identity, brand strategy, visuals, and website that best reflects KOTA’s approach to workplace training.
KOTA’s brand identity and related assets needed to amplify its unique vision for creating stronger, more effective leaders – kicking out the limiting, balance sheet-centric methods of old in favour of reprioritising the person. The new website needed to serve as a touchpoint for potential clients and offer a distinct view into this new industry player.

Bring to life this new brand/business with fresh visual elements, core messaging, and sophisticated design to create a meaningful brand.
Establish market position
Differentiate from outdated, limited workplace training competitors in the market today by highlighting fresh, empathetic, and people-first programmes.
Develop new website
Design and build an online platform that reflects the brand's identity, engages potential clients, and stands out through tailored visuals, functionality, and user experience.
Activate digital presence
Launch custom-build website, push new social channels live, and develop short-term social media support to share new business.

Solution
As with any client, our initial steps included in-depth market research, assessing customer segments and their needs and engagement points, as well as existing market players.
From there we got to work crafting core messaging, straplines, and tone of voice (TOV) that draws a clear distinction between KOTA and the existing, outdated programmes that promise workplace transformation but typically fall short of lasting change.
We crafted KOTA’s brand identity to reflect its expert status whilst promoting its accessible approach, authoritative but warm and empathetic voice, convey openness and honesty while still focusing on impact.
Once final, we delivered a core brand guidelines ‘pack’ that included the key messaging, taglines, notes on TOV, style and formatting details for easy client reference, as well as high fidelity mockups of business cards, email signatures, and other templates.


KOTA’s website needed to be inviting and professional to reflect the high level of service delivered by its programmes, and contain all necessary details around its service packages and benefits. To this end, we mapped out the user journey to ensure the site’s accessibility and functionality and then developed accordingly keeping the front-end navigation simple yet informative.
With a focus on lead generation, we created a downloadable one-sheet asset for quick information on KOTA’s packages, and incorporated a Calendly widget to make scheduling initial consultations with the KOTA team, as easy as possible.
Finally, we pushed KOTA live. We published the new website, complete with fresh blog material and created new, optimised social media channels with a short series of social media posts to officially launch the brand.
