For Phase 2, Mitso built Mollie Bigley a private client portal inside her website, so the project documents that were scattered across email, invoicing software and shared drives now sit in one place. Each client logs in securely and sees only their own project. Mollie manages every account, and a template lets the team set up a new project portal in minutes. The result is calm, organised and on-brand, like the studio’s design work.
Mollie Bigley Studio
Website Development
A new name, a new website, and a private client portal for one of Bermuda’s award-winning architecture, design, and procurement studios.
Mitso, a brand and web agency working with Bermuda businesses, refreshed the brand of Bermuda architecture and interior design practice Mollie Bigley Studio, then designed and built its new website and a private client portal. Since the March 2026 launch, the studio has reached page one of Google for “architects bermuda” and clicks from Google are up 166%.
Brief
Founded in 2020, Mollie Bigley Design & Architecture had quickly become one of Bermuda’s most sought-after boutique practices, offering architecture, interior design and procurement under one roof. As the studio grew, its name and digital presence no longer reflected the integrated, high-end service it delivered.
Mollie Bigley engaged Mitso, a brand and web agency working with Bermuda businesses , to evolve the brand, build a website worthy of its portfolio, and launch the new identity across digital channels. As part of Phase 2 we also built a custom client portal, giving every client a private home for their project.

Solution
Brand refresh for a Bermuda design studio
The studio had outgrown “Design & Architecture”. Its clients came for a single team that could take a project from first sketch to the final piece of furniture. Mitso refreshed the logo and rolled out the new Mollie Bigley Studio name: simpler, more confident, and broad enough to hold architecture, interiors and procurement together.
The refreshed identity was carried through a set of templated page designs, so the brand felt consistent from the homepage to the smallest project page.
A portfolio-led website
The project began with a discovery workshop with Mollie and her team. Together we mapped the studio’s client personas and user journeys, reviewed what was and wasn’t working on the existing site, and agreed a new sitemap.
From there, Mitso designed and built a new website, anchored by the line “Distinctly Bermuda. Thoughtfully Designed. Meticulously Delivered.” Large-format project imagery leads the experience, with clear routes into the studio’s three services and a portfolio of signature residential and commercial projects.
Launching Mollie Bigley Studio
A new name deserves a proper introduction. When the new website went live in March 2026, Mitso timed a social media activation to go live alongside it, so the rebrand landed everywhere at once. We set up the studio’s LinkedIn page, refreshed its Instagram under the new name, and created a run of launch content showcasing its projects and the team behind them.
A private client portal
Results
Mollie Bigley Studio now has a brand, website and client experience that match the calibre of its work. The new site gives prospective clients a clear, image-led view of the studio’s projects and services. Its SEO foundations help the studio get found by people searching for architects and interior designers in Bermuda.
The results are already showing in search. Comparing the first two months after the March 2026 launch with the most recent two, clicks from Google are up 166% and the site is appearing in search results 178% more often. The studio has climbed from outside the top 90 to the first page of Google for “architects bermuda,” from 26th to 12th for “bermuda architects,” and now ranks on page one for “bermuda interior design.” Organic search now brings in around 40% of all visits to the site, and those visitors are around 50% more likely than average to engage with it.
A social activation introduced the new name with a coordinated launch across LinkedIn and Instagram. On LinkedIn, the launch announcement achieved a 42% engagement rate and a 49% click-through-rate, and the six launch posts delivered an overall engagement rate of 11% across more than 2,3000 impressions.
On Instagram, the refreshed profile introduced Mollie Bigley Studio with a run of launch content, from the rebrand announcement and new website to a “Meet the team” series, earning a total of 241 likes and a 13% engagement rate overall.
Social continues to send visitors to the site, with visits from social more than tripling, just over 6 months post-launch. The client portal has turned a scattered admin process into a single, branded touchpoint that clients can return to throughout their project. Mitso continues to work with the studio as its digital needs grow.
We needed the brand and website to reflect how we work, as one team from design through to procurement, and to let our projects speak for themselves. The new site does both. Mitso were thorough and kept the project moving, and the client portal has helped streamline our project admin and improve how we engage with clients.
